Feature Guest: Gail Higginbottom
The British gave us
the world’s first parliament. And now it turns out the ancient
British may have been among the world’s first astronomers. Today
we’re joined here at The Star Spot by archaeoastronomer Gail
Higginbottom. Thanks to her and her team we now have proof that
megalithic structures build hundreds of years before Stonehenge
were in fact ancient astronomical observatories whose purpose is
still shrouded in mystery.
