About Gerardo Aldana
Gerardo Aldana is a
Professor at the University of California Santa Barbara with a
joint appointment to the Department of Anthropology and the
Department of Chicana and Chicano Studies. He holds degrees in both
engineering and the history of science. His research interests
include Mayan hieroglyphs, culture theory and experimental
archaeology.
